SRX9530669: small RNA-Seq of Tribolium castaneum after heat stress with 1 hour recovery
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 70.2M spots, 3.6G bases, 2Gb downloads

Design: Libraries were prepared using the NEBNext Multiplex Small RNA Library Prep Set for Illumina starting with 450ng of input RNA and 13 cycles of amplification PCR. The libraries were pooled equimolar in a 6-plex pool, which was loaded to a single lane of a HiSeq2500 sequencing instrument at 6 pM concentration and was sequenced in a 50 single-read mode.
